These dainty decagon glasses were sitting on the deadstock shelf of a glassware store in Ito, Shizuoka, for so long, the owner couldn't even remember how they got there. Made by Toyo Glass, possibly before it merged with Sasaki in the late 1950s, each one has alternating sides of stippled glass and grooved lines. The glass feels delicate to the touch, yet the heavier base makes them a pleasure to hold.
